COVID-19 Work From Home
Laptop Request Form (FOR STAFF AND FACULTY ONLY)
Please ensure that you have your manager's approval to participate in the Work From Home Laptop program.
You will be contacted and an appointment will be arranged to pick up your laptop.Once you receive your appointment, which will be sent to your FanshaweC email (accessible from Outlook Web App, should you not have mail on your college device), our staff will meet you in D1027 Security Control Center to set up your account profile and provide you with support instructions. Please note that we will not be able to offer assistance on-site during this time with your laptop. If you miss your appointment, contact us immediately - please do not arrive late.

Eligibility RequirementsPlease note that part-time and partial-load faculty do not qualify qualify for WFH Laptops at this time.
