The first time you launch the Fanshawe Myapps web page you will have the option to step through a brief tutorial. Click the Get Started button to begin or you can click the Skip the tour link to view the apps that are available to you. The information in the tutorial is captured below for your reference.
Once you have completed / skipped the tour, click the button labelled, “It’s my first time using AppsAnywhere on this device. Let’s go.“
The AppsAnywhere client installer will begin downloading automatically to your device. Once the download is complete launch the installer and follow the steps as indicated. Click the Done button as shown in the screenshot below once the installation is complete.
You will be prompted to allow the AppsAnywhere page to open. Click Allow.
You will now see a listing of all the apps you can access.
Launching an App
Once validated you can hover over a software title and click Launch.
The Cloudpaging Player will load the application and show the status, once it has completed the application will launch.
When you have finished with an application you can close it regularly or hit stop in the Cloudpaging player.
Some Apps require VPN access before launching in order to license, the launch button will notify you if this is the case. 2. For the latest VPN instructions please go to https://connected.fanshawec.ca/globalprotect/and once connected you will be able to launch the application from Fanshawe Myapps

If you are unable to validate on the Fanshawe Myapps site make sure the Cloudpaging player is closed in the system tray. Then under services make sure “AppsAnywhere” and “AppsAnywhereUpdaterService” and “CloudpagingPlayer” services are all closed. Next uninstall appsanywhere and cloudpaging player.
Once the uninstalls are complete launch a browser in private / incognito mode to login to Fanshawe Myapps and reinstall the client.
