CONNECT Services can be obtained from the main Fanshawe Campus (1001 Fanshawe College Blvd). We are located in room E2030, above the Office of the Registrar.

As a Student of the CONNECT program, you are entitled to free software from Microsoft. Software includes Windows Server versions, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, and More!

The IT Service Desk is a warranty-authorized service centre for the following computer brands. We are able to provide in-house comprehensive repair services by honoring the manufacturer warranty (or extended warranties that are through the vendor). Repairs are performed in-house using components sourced directly from the manufacturer. Plus, get a laptop to use for the duration of the repair.
